All ABB bearings and oil pumps have operational service lives. Gear oil pumps typically have a life of 16,000 hours. Roller contact bearing lives vary from 8,000 to 16,000 hours based upon the bearing type and the application.

Once the operational life expectancy has been reached the ABB bearing or pump must be reconditioned in order to renew its operational life. Otherwise, failure is imminent.

We can either supply new bearing assemblies, or lower-cost reconditioned assemblies. TurboUSA also provides a discount for exchanged bearings.

Reconditioned bearings are first cleaned and measured. Then the roller contact bearings are replaced. Other bearing components are repaired or replaced as appropriate
