Damaged rotor blades will rob the turbocharger of power. There can be multiple causes of blade damage including broken protection sleeves, inferior fuel, broken valves and broken piston rings.

During Field Service visits, inspects rotor blades for damage. TurboUSA provides repair and replacement solutions for damaged blades.

At the TurboUSA Technical Center we have skilled specialists that repair and/or replace damaged rotor blades. Blades that are beyond repair are replaced with new ones. Repaired blades are subject to the following regimen:
