Innovative CNC Machine Application
One benefit of TurboUSA's new CNC machine is the improvement of both new and reconditioned compressor wheel delivery lead times. If the company stocked every size and brand of compressor wheels, it would have to stock thousands of wheels. Instead, TurboUSA stocks the larger size compressor wheels for major brands. If a customer needs a smaller wheel, the CNC machine is utilized to resize the larger wheel in stock according to OEM specifications.
The TurboUSA CNC process is subject to work instructions and rigorous training consistent with ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
