Rare Nozzle Ring Repair Capability
Nozzle rings are costly to replace. Few companies have the knowledge and expertise to repair damaged nozzle rings. TurboUSA belongs to this elite group.

ABB cast nozzle rings are subject to cracking. Many times the cracking occurs as a result of thermal shock experienced during water washings.
Prior to beginning the repair process, TurboUSA inspects the nozzle ring to ensure that it still adheres to OEM specifications. Nozzle rings that are not within OEM specifications are scrapped. Nozzle rings whose cracks conform to OEM tolerances are repaired according to a 10-step rigorously controlled quality process.
